After hosting different IRL events and as a speaker,
I am working on hosting an IRL bootcamp on how to DLMM at the Superteam Nigeria Kogi co-working space.
Solana Superteam Nigeria Kogi has regular meetups and workshops for physical activities and practice
With this initiative it will provide more opportunities and visibility to the community on how to LPing using Meteora.
While co-working at the space I’ve noticed alot of people interested in learning how to LP.
I’ve done couples of research on how to LP tutorials and I’ve gotten tons of great feedback from the people here when working.
I am part of the LP army have done LPing over the past few months.
If this is successful I would be happy to run this more frequently and at size.
Schedule:
The plan for the day will be 30 minutes of Networking break,
45 minute workshop,
30 minutes Q&A
Also allow participants a chance to try things out while taking questions 1hour
KPIs for success:
Net number of new LP army signups per event (the capacity of the space is about 30).
I am aiming for a 55% conversion each session. Based on prior conversations and interactions,
I am overly confident in this number.
What I would need to run this event:

Sponsor some snacks and drink, Event Hall and also photographers and videographers for high quality photos and videos to enable us reach out to more audience (budget about $300 USDC )

Print outs or posters which I can do myself.

A retweet of our getriver/luma event link from the Meteora or LP army official twitter to encourage people to attend who are local.
