Committing liquidity to pools like met-usdc or met-sol is a great way to earn points but there is no reward for long term commitments through lockup periods or forever locking LP.
I propose met-usdc, met-sol providers earn 3X points for committing liquidity with a lockup period instead of just offering liquidity you can move.
Those that choose to lockup met-usdc, met-sol liquidity forever should be rewarded with 6X points vs those that do not lock liquidity.
This strategy will reward those that show a long term commitment to the protocol.
