I propose that the Meteora DAO launch a ā€œDynamic Community Incentive Tierā€ (DCIT) mechanism to incentivize long-term LP participation, community contributions, and governance activity through tiered rewards and governance rights. This mechanism will combine the governance functionality of the $MET token with Meteoraā€™s existing points system to create a transparent, fair, and sustainable incentive system. The specific proposal is as follows: A tiered incentive system to reward diverse contributions.
Drawing inspiration from ranking systems discussed in the Meteora Governance Forum (such as MetYoungling, MetPadawan, and MetKnight), I propose dividing community members into multiple tiers, allocating points and $MET token rewards based on their contributions to the Meteora ecosystem (including providing liquidity, participating in trading, community governance, and promotional activities). The tiers can be categorized as follows:

MetYoungling (Levels 1-5): New users will be rewarded with basic points and a small amount of $MET to encourage them to try the DLMM pool or participate in trading. Active Tier (MetPadawan, Lv. 6-10): Users who consistently provide liquidity or participate in community activities are rewarded with higher points and $MET, along with basic governance voting rights.
Core Tier (MetKnight, Lv. 11-15): Long-term LPs and active governance users are rewarded with significantly increased $MET and priority voting rights (e.g., on proposals regarding pool fee adjustments).
Leader Tier (MetMaster and above, Lv. 16+): Users who make significant contributions to the Meteora ecosystem (e.g., developing plugins, writing in-depth content, or organizing community events) are rewarded with the highest percentage of $MET and are granted the right to initiate proposals.

I am deity. I have been LPing on Meteora for the past two years. I was so fascinated by the platform when it first came out and now I could make trading fees with DLMM. I graduated in the second ever group of LP Army Bootcamps. I witnessed a small group of dedicated people build and turn the platform into what it is today, and Iā€™m very proud of it.
