# Use m3m3 framework to fund ASRs for $MET stake-weighted voting

Create a m3m3 pool for the initial TGE of the $MET token, but instead of paying rewards to stakers, add a governance layer and payout rewards to active voters based on stake-weight. Some other changes might have to be made, like quarterly reward distribution, and a much larger group of “top stakers” that receive the reward.

Other methods could also be used to bolster the reward wallet as desired, but this would provide a pretty decent baseline, especially if the early fees were spread out over a longer timeframe (something like 25% of current reward wallet could be paid out each voting epoch).
