Unite locally. Earn globally. Win together. 🧠 TL;DR Let’s launch **regional squads** in the LP Army — Asia, EU, LATAM, etc. Each squad gets its own identity, missions, bounties, and leaderboard. The goal? Activate Meteora communities _where they live_, _how they speak_, and _how they win_. 🧩 Why it matters Meteora is already powering launches on Solana. But to win globally, we need to **grow locally**. - Not everyone vibes with the same memes. - Not everyone speaks English. - Not everyone’s online at the same time. Regional squads solve this by: ✅ Giving local users a place to belong ✅ Empowering creators to educate in their own voice ✅ Unlocking growth in untapped markets 🛠 How it works Each squad: - Gets its own **Discord role** and **squad emoji** - Has 1-2 **Squad Leads** to run ops - Completes **region-specific missions** weekly - Competes on **monthly leaderboards** - Earns **bounties, XP, roles, prizes** Missions could be: - Write guides into your native language - Host a game battle night in your timezone - Interview a launchpad founder from your region - Create Twitter or Youtube content about LPing on Meteora 🏆 Example Squads **LP Army Asia** **LP Army EU** **LP Army LATAM** **LP Army Africa** **LP Army India** **LP Army NA** Each can choose its own internal motto and meme energy — but they all rep the same flag: **Meteora**. 🔥 Why this rocks for Meteora - More community → more LPs → more volume - Easier onboarding → better education → more launchpad partners - Local engagement = stronger loyalty = long-term impact We’re building a _movement_, not just a protocol. Let’s give every region a flag to fly. **I wanted to share my thoughts as a broad concept. This is just an early draft of something that could be explored further — it will definitely need some refinement and adjustments.** ---
